Commercial Construction in Denver
Commercial projects rarely happen in an empty building. We plan renovations, build-outs and capital work around the tenants, customers and operations that keep going while we work.
Service scope
What's included
Every project and service request starts with a written scope, so you know what is included before work begins.
- Interior renovations and build-outs
- Building system upgrades and replacements
- Exterior and envelope work
- Code and accessibility upgrades
- Phased work in occupied buildings
- Closeout documents and warranties organized for the owner
Plan around the people in the building
Before anything is scheduled, we work through tenant impacts, noise and dust windows, access routes, protection of finished areas and any shutdowns of power, water or HVAC. Those plans go in writing so building management can share them.
Coordinate every trade on one schedule
Framing, MEP, fire protection, finishes and inspections all have to land in the right order. One schedule, updated as work progresses, keeps the project moving and gives you dates you can rely on.
Make closeout useful
At the end you get organized as-builts, equipment information, warranties and maintenance notes, so your facility team, or ours, can look after the space properly.
