Structural Drying in Denver

Drying a building is more than running fans. We measure moisture in walls, floors and framing, set up the right equipment and monitor until the structure is dry.

If anyone is in danger or you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 first.

Service scope

What's included

Every project and service request starts with a written scope, so you know what is included before work begins.

  • Moisture mapping
  • Air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Wall and cavity drying
  • Hardwood and subfloor drying
  • Daily monitoring and records
  • Drying documentation for insurance

Measure, then dry

Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where water traveled, often well beyond what is visible. Drying is set up for the actual wet area.

Save what can be saved

Targeted drying can save drywall, cabinets and some flooring that would otherwise be removed, when conditions allow.

Prove it's dry

Daily readings are recorded until materials reach dry targets. The records support your insurance claim and show the building is ready to rebuild.

Local knowledge

Drying in Denver's climate

Denver's dry air helps drying, but basements and enclosed spaces still hold moisture. Equipment is set up for the space and adjusted as readings change.

Questions

Questions and answers

Often three to five days, depending on materials and conditions.

Can I turn off the equipment at night?

Please do not. Drying works continuously, and stopping slows it down.

It can be. We place it to minimize disruption where possible.

Do you remove wet drywall?

Only where it cannot be dried or is contaminated.
