Mechanical, electrical & plumbing

MEP Construction and Coordination in Denver

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is where most construction conflicts happen. We manage all three as one coordinated scope, from design review through startup and handover.

Service scope

What's included

Every project and service request starts with a written scope, so you know what is included before work begins.

  • HVAC installation and replacement
  • Electrical distribution, power and lighting
  • Plumbing, water heating and drainage
  • Coordination drawings and sequencing
  • Testing, startup and balancing
  • Operation and maintenance handover

Coordinate the interfaces

Ducts, pipes, conduit, sprinklers and structure all compete for the same ceiling and wall space. We sequence and coordinate the trades so systems fit the first time and inspections pass.

Start up and test properly

Equipment that is installed but never properly started, tested and balanced wastes energy and fails early. We plan startup, testing and documentation as part of the scope.

Carry the systems into operations

You receive equipment lists, settings, warranties and maintenance requirements. If you want ongoing service, our MEP Service team can take over from day one.

Local knowledge

MEP in Denver buildings

Altitude affects how gas-fired equipment is rated and adjusted, and Denver's dry climate changes humidity and comfort choices. Electrification is increasingly part of commercial planning in Denver, so we review heat pump and electrical capacity options alongside traditional systems.
