Exterior and Site Construction in Denver
Outdoor projects involve grading, drainage, structures and finishes that all affect each other. We build exterior and site work as one coordinated project, in the right order.
Service scope
What's included
Every project and service request starts with a written scope, so you know what is included before work begins.
- Artificial turf
- Pavers and hardscapes
- Decks and pergolas
- Walkways, steps and retaining walls
- Grading and drainage
- Site improvements for commercial properties
Plan the transitions
Where a patio meets the lawn, a deck meets the house or a walkway meets the driveway is where problems show up. We plan heights, slopes and edges together.
Build for use and upkeep
Materials are chosen for how the space is used and how much maintenance you want, from low-water turf to durable composite decking.
Sequence work in the right order
Drainage and base work come before finishes, and structures before the surfaces around them, so nothing is torn up twice.
Local knowledge
Outdoor work in Colorado
Front Range clay soils move with moisture, freeze-thaw cycles heave poorly built bases, and intense sun at altitude is hard on materials. We design bases, drainage and material choices for those conditions. Call 811 locates are made before any digging.
